The short version

This website does not collect personal data. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter sign-up and no file upload. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and uses no analytics.

You can read every page of it without telling us anything about yourself.

Getting in touch

Enquiries and quotes are handled through Instagram. When you send us a direct message at @optimum.detailing_, that conversation happens on Instagram and is covered by Instagram’s own privacy policy, not this one. We see what you choose to send us there, and we use it only to answer you and to arrange any work that follows.

Please don’t send us anything more than you need to. Make, model, condition and photographs of the car are all we need to quote.

Hosting and server logs

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that may keep short-lived technical logs — IP address, browser type, which page was requested — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify anyone and we do not combine them with anything else.

Your rights

Because the site itself holds nothing about you, there is nothing here to access, correct or delete. For anything you have sent us on Instagram, message us at @optimum.detailing_ and we will deal with it. You can also delete the conversation from your own side at any time.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
